Many children are diagnosed with medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes, sickle cell disease, peanut allergies, seizure disorders, etc. It is imperative that you let me know of any condition your child has so that we can care for your child adequately. A care plan allows you and/or your child's physician to communicate with us the medical needs your child has during the school day. Quite often, a meeting will be planned with you, your child's teacher, the school nurse, and others to discuss the care plan. Please let me know immediately if any conditions arise during the school year.
