Volunteer of the Month

Meet our wonderful parent volunteer, Dot Barfield. Dot is the parent of Vincent, in Ms. Morgan's class, and former Compton student, Lacey, who is now in middle school. Dot has been a regular volunteer for several years, spending time helping not only during the school day, but also in the evenings wth PTA and numerous other events. Her help and support is most appreciated. We love you, Dot!

Compton Elementary would like to recognize the outstanding efforts of our volunteer of the month, Loretta Kehler. Affectionately known as "Grandma," Loretta puts in many hours daily. She makes copies, laminates, delivers, and more, to help teacher accomplish the multiple tasks they must do to prepare learning center games, classroom activities, bulletin board items, instructional posters, and more. Thank you, thank you, Loretta! We love you!
